Our strict cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any driving lessons. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, the full automatic driving lesson fee will be charged, as your reserved instructor time at our Wolverhampton driving school cannot easily be re-offered to another local learner at short notice.

We uphold strict driving lesson policies to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Any abusive, threatening, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour towards the driving instructor will result in the lesson ending immediately, in line with our driving school terms. Please note that no refund will be given for any driving lessons terminated due to unacceptable behaviour.

Your instructor at our driving school will only recommend you for your practical driving test when they consider you sufficiently prepared, test-ready, and capable of driving safely on local Wolverhampton test routes. If you decide to take your practical driving test against your instructor's advice, be aware that according to our driving lessons policies, you may be required to successfully complete a full mock driving test before the official test date. Additionally, the instructor reserves the right, according to our driving school cancellation policy, to refuse the use of the tuition vehicle if they believe doing so may affect road safety.
